Return Policy
We offer return/replacement of Products ordered on NARTHAKI DANCE COSTUMES within 5 days of delivery of the order.
No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. The return authorization number must be requested via email within 5 days of receipt of your order. (If you request a return authorization number from us and haven't heard from us within 48 hours--please CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER. We answer our email promptly, but sometimes our responses don't get through your email filters.) Your return must be received by us within 10 days of the issue date of your return authorization number. Shipping & handling charges are not eligible for refund.
No returns will be accepted for customised orders.
Refund.
In all events of cancellation prior to the dispatch of the purchased Products, NARTHAKI DANCE COSTUMES shall initiate refunds within 3 (three) business days from the date on which it received the request from the User.
If you have paid for the order using bank account/credit card/debit card, then the refunded amount gets credited to your bank/credit card account within 7 business days from the date of by Limeroad,
In case of payment made through prepaid mode through any channel, the refund will be made to the original mode of payment. All refunds shall be subject to applicable charges as may be deducted by the User’s bank.
Order Cancellations
If you request an order cancellation before your order has been shipped, we will issue a refund for the order amount . If you request a cancellation after your order has been shipped, the order will be subject to the terms for returns.
